Sweet Love Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

1. The service

Sweet Love is an AI character story service on Telegram, made up of a bot and a Mini App. You role-play in text with fictional characters, and AI-generated images may appear in the story.

By using the service you agree to these terms and this privacy policy, and to Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age

The service contains adult content and is only for people who are 18 or older and an adult where they live. All characters are fictional adults. We close the accounts of minors we find.

3. Rules

You are responsible for what you send and what you ask the service to generate. Do not use it for:

• anything involving minors, or asking a character to play a minor;
• impersonating, depicting or targeting real people;
• illegal content, including non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking and content promoting violence;
• attacking or abusing the service, or trying to get around its safety limits.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed without notice. We may report illegal content to the authorities.

4. AI-generated content

Characters' replies and images are generated automatically by AI. They are fiction, may be inaccurate, and do not represent our views. Do not treat them as fact or professional advice. We put safety limits on what is generated but cannot guarantee every result meets your expectations.

5. Purchases and energy

Some features are bought with Telegram Stars, such as plans. Prices, energy rules and what each plan includes are as shown in the App, and may change.

Except where the law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If a payment went through but what you bought did not arrive, contact support. When a reply fails to generate, the energy it used is returned automatically.

6. Privacy

We collect your Telegram public profile (such as your username and language), your conversations with characters, the images generated for you, your purchases, and basic device and usage information: your approximate location from your IP address (country, region, city), your time zone and language, and your device, system and Telegram version. We use them to provide and improve the service, keep your stories, understand how the service is used, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service, or when the law requires it. Your data is kept while you use the service; to have it deleted, contact support.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page. For important changes, you will need to confirm again in the App before continuing.
